A public institution for lending money to the poor at

Any species of fly of the genus Musca that deposits its
eggs or young larvae (called flyblows and maggots) upon meat or other
animal products. |

A periodical sale of ore in the English mining
districts; -- so called from the tickets upon which are written the

Relating to the production of hypnotic sleep; as, the
so-called hypnogenic pressure points, pressure upon which is said to

A genus of aquatic hemipterus insects. The species feed upon
other insects and are noted for their voracity; -- called also scorpion
bug and water scorpion. |

court for his conduct in the office. |
